This bead weaving stitch is used for pieces as simple as a pair of earrings or can be pieced into larger jewelry and art pieces. In this one-day workshop, participants will learn the basic Russian leaf stitch as Jenny uses it in her own work. Participants will complete anywhere from 2-5 leaves within this time period.

Materials Fee: $15, which covers 1 needle, thread, instructions, sterling silver hook ear wires and first 6g of seed beads (3g each of colors). Participants may purchase more supplies from the instructor as desired.
Skill Level: Intermediate; if participants have been doing some sort of needlework for a number of years they will probably be able to follow along. You should be accustomed to threading a small needle and have done/enjoy some sort of needlework.
